Legal notice and website terms of use
Effective from 18 October 2026
1. Service provider
The caute.eu website is operated by Kamil Kłopocki, conducting business under the name CAUTE Legal & Regulatory Advisory Kamil Kłopocki, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 7773078806, address for service: ul. Głogowska 39/16, 60-736 Poznań, Poland. Contact: k.klopocki@caute.eu.
2. Nature and scope of the website
The website presents CAUTE, its practice areas, experience and examples of legal, regulatory and public affairs support. Access to publicly available content is free of charge.
Website content is general and informational. It does not constitute legal advice, an opinion, an offer or an assurance of any particular outcome. Engaging CAUTE requires a separate agreement on scope and terms; sending a message alone does not create a contract or a client-adviser relationship.
3. Technical requirements and acceptable use
The website requires an internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Disabling JavaScript may limit animations and some navigation features but should not prevent access to the core content.
You must not use the website unlawfully or in a manner that infringes the rights of others or compromises its security or integrity. In particular, you must not submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website or use automated tools in a way that places an excessive load on its infrastructure.
4. Rights in content
The content, layout, visual identity, logo, photographs and other website elements are protected by law. You may view them and make individual copies for your own informational use. Any other use, including publication, commercial reproduction or modification, requires the prior consent of the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law.
Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. A link to an external website does not make CAUTE responsible for its content or amount to an endorsement of all information available there.
5. Availability, liability and ending use
We seek to keep information reliable and current, but legal and regulatory environments change and website content cannot account for every circumstance of a particular matter. Obtain advice based on the specific facts before making a decision.
We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or updates. You may stop using the website at any time by leaving it.
6. Notices and complaints
Comments about the website, notices of unlawful content and complaints may be sent to k.klopocki@caute.eu or by post to the address for service. Include enough information to identify the issue and respond. We will reply within a reasonable period, no later than 30 days unless the matter reasonably requires more time, in which case we will inform you.
7. Final provisions
These terms apply from 18 October 2026. We may update them, particularly where website functions, applicable law or CAUTE’s details change. The current version is published on this page. Polish law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to the user under applicable law.
